I'll admit, I actually don't know him. But this video, made by his friend really moved me.
The music, along with the pictures just left me with the impression that he was a great guy, with full of potential and ready to really make a place for himself in the world. He left this world at much too young an age. I know he's got tons of friends that'll miss him.
I'm really sorry that I only found out about him yesterday, and I didn't know about him while he was still with us. People all over the internet are going crazy about him. Seems he had created a world of his own...

I'm such a girl... =.=
OMG. This is so sweet... and YES I am fully aware I sound like one of those Twilight-tweens, but agg. This made me cry.
It'd be best if you could understand Mandarin, but if not, I'll summarize it real quick for ya. This is from One Million Star, and it's an episode where the contestants had to sing a song that means something to them, and to use their own fitting pictures on the screen behind them. Basically, this guy Liu Kangxiang is singing A-Lin's "P.S. 我愛你" and the story behind the pictures is that of him (he's Taiwanese) and his Japanese wife. They met when he went to Tokyo to do voice acting. She slipped him a name card after meeting him (Wifey took the initiative!). Things went well, but eventually Kangxiang went home to Taiwan. Eri (his wife) visited Taiwan around 3-4 times, and decided to move there for him. She even waited for him while he was in the army. They are now married.
You can totally tell how much he loves her. Wow. Let me just say right now that I'd kill for a guy like this :')
The best line in the song:
我忘不掉 你第一次吻我~
I can't forget the first time you kissed me~
Watch the first part 4:06 to the end:
And just the very beginning of this second vid, it's the continuation. From the beginning to around 1:00

Movie Review: 藍色大門 Blue Gate Crossing
Hahaaa second post of today. And in case you were wondering, no I still haven't finished my English commentary. Joy.
This is the second time I've watched this movie. I love it so much :D
The plot:
Meng Kerou is an average, plain highschool student, and is best friends with Lin Yuezhen, who has a crush on Zhang Shihao. Yuezhen is too shy, so asks Kerou to tell Shihao she has a crush on him. Yuezhen does so hesitantly, and so it begins. Shihao doesn't believe Kerou, thinking that 'Yuezhen' is a made up excuse for her to talk to him. He warms up to her not too long after, but she remains indifferent. A number of things happen and suddenly Shihao is falling for Kerou, and Kerou's friendship with Yuezhen is no longer what it used to be.... Get ready for the twist in the plot!!
The verdict:
Just to let y'all know, THIS is THE movie that made me fall for Chen Bolin, who plays Shihao, and who is also one of my celeb crushes in case you didn't read my post on that matter ^^.
So that's one of the reasons I love this movie. This was when Bolin was new to the world of showbiz, and just 19. He acts so well in this movie. Also, the female lead, Kerou is played by my favorite actress, Gui Lunmei.
They both look so young haha.
One other thing that I love about this movie is the overall feeling it evokes: that awkard impulsiveness of a first love.
The ending isn't all happy happy joy joy, but you still leave satisfied. :) Now that's the power of a good movie.
The rating:
4.5/5

Drama Review: Koishite Akuma
So it's been way too long since I did a drama review. And NO it's not because I haven't been watching any (I'm sorry, but I can't survive if I don't have a drama to watch....it's sad...but they keep me happy :D). It's just cause I can't be bothered to write an uber-long post that prolly no one will read. But hey. I still feel bad, so I'm writing this with an English commentary infront of me, waiting to be written.
It shall have to wait!!
Soooooo. Koishite Akuma.
The plot:
A young vampire named Kuromiya Ruka, whose vampy fangs have yet to grow out is sent into the human world to find his 'fated woman' and finally become a full-fledged vamp after he has sucked her blood. He is disguised as a highschool student and thrown into the world of the Homo sapien. At first he is utterly and totally disgusted by this lesser race, and can't bring himself to even think of drinking human blood. And for some reason, he doesn't feel compelled to drink any girl's blood except one. And she just happens to be his highschool English teacher, Natsukawa Makoto. DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNN.
I won't give anything else away. :D
The verdict:
First of all, I need to get this out there. The lead, Nakayama Yuma looks a lot like Jaejoong from DBSK to me. Okay, not so much now that I have their pics next to each other, but when I first saw Yuma I was like: WOAH IT'S JAEJOONG!!! He's like a kid version...
Okay, so anyways, Yuma has the same birthday as my bro, but one year older. I'm used to the male leads that are older than me, so the fact that he is younger is a bit weird....he doesn't look it at all though! I thought he was my age... :S But I think he's a pretty convincing actor. He's a newbie, and he didn't have me cringing, so I'm grateful :D
The female lead Makoto played by Kato Rosa is great. She's really pretty and I recognized her as the love interest in Detroit Metal City (great movie btw).
The supporting cast is great as well. The vice-principle, played by Kyo Nobuo kinda threw me off for a bit because he played the hilarious Oscar in Hana Kimi, but he proved his worth in the end here. He's actually pretty good-looking. Definitely couldn't tell in Hana Kimi hahahaha.
The plot at first seems a bit cliche. I mean haven't we all had enough of vampires after Twilight? And the fact that Kuromiya looked exactly like Makoto's first love made me a bit annoyed at first...these things always happen right? BUT NOOOOO. It all makes sense in the end, and it isn't cliche at all. The plot is actually very good, and the cliffhangers at the end of each episode really get you hooked.
And the end.... oooh the end. I'd already grown to love the characters so much. When it ended, I was like:
NoooOOOooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's really much better than I'd expected. EVERYONE GO WATCH IT NOOWWWW!!!
Rating: 4/5
(anyone notice how the dramas I've reviewed never go lower than a 4? That's because I won't continue watching it if it is lower than that....it's a waste of time ya know? Maybe I'll review some of the dramas I couldn't bring myself to finish sometime soon)

盧廣仲 Crowd Lu LIVE SHOW
Last night I went to see Lu Guangzhong.
What strikes me is that he is so down-to-earth!! The only thing that makes him different than the ordinary person is that he's got an amazingly cute and funny personality and he has a knack for writing songs that everyone and anyone falls head-over-heels in love for.
He's so happy all the time it's infectious, not annoying at all. I think I need someone like that in my life. I tend to get depressed a lot these days. A 陽光男 would be perfect for me haha ^_^
Probably my favorite of his new songs is 'I No'. I just thought it sounded good at first, but Guangzhong was talking about why he wrote it and all, and it now has new meaning for me. He says that a smile can make everything better. He said that when you smile, your heart opens up. WOW that's deep stuff right there.
So here's the MV (he's so cute in it).
My favorite lines are:
不知道該說什麼 讓你懂
希望時間能夠 替我說
就決定了 我們要用微笑面對
就算惡夢包圍整個世界
請別走開 愛一直在
你身邊
(eng)
I don't know what I can say To let you understand
I hope time can tell you for me
It's already decided We are going to face this with a smile
Even if nightmares enwrap the entire world
Please don't leave Love is always here
By your side.
OMG i want to cry this is so amazing.

The 3 周杰倫 Jay Chou songs that mean the most to me:
Sorry for lack of updates!
If you guys don't know already I'm a humongous fan of Jay Chou. He's my favorite Mandopop singer (AND composer AND lyricist andandandand...). Yeah I could go on and on about him, but I think I'll stop here.
This post is about the three Jay Chou songs that mean the most to me. They all have their own stories, and every time I listen to them I die (in a good way).
#1: 黑色幽默 Hei Se You Mo
This is the song that made me start loving Jay. It is the ONE that started it ALL. So of course, besides being an all-round beautiful song, written and composed by my Beloved (lol), it has sentimental value too.

#2: 軌跡 Gui Ji
This song was composed by Jay (lyrics aren't his) for the movie 尋找周杰倫 Xun Zhao Zhou Jie Lun, which I watched after some really tough school exams. I was worn out and depressed. Movies are the best medecine for when you're feeling down, I gotta tell ya :) So anyway, yeah. I watched the movie, in which he had a cameo. It's actually a really good movie, with an original plot (albeit it is a bit strange at times...) and talented actors. BUT back to the song. It was played many times throughout the movie, and it just stuck with me. The sad melody and tear-jerking lyrics became the theme song for that period of blues for me. It just made me feel a lot better. So yeah. That's why it means a lot to me. It got me through some hard times.
Come to think of it. I listen to Jay when I'm happy, sad and angry. He helps me get through it all :) <3
#3: 楓 Feng
A very special person showed me this song. I immediately fell in love with it, because it is an amazing song, and... that person was equally amazing <3 I listened to it over and over and over again. Now, things are very different between us, but the memories that I remember whenever I listen to this song remain just as sweet as when they were made. Every time I hear this song I smile :')
So there you go :)
And I want to thank everyone that has been supporting me on Youtube, all the anonymous viewers of this blog (I love you despite the fact that I have no idea whether you actually read this blog or if you were just passing by), and the few, but special people that left comments here.
It all means a lot. Thanks :)
